Throughout a woman’s life, her breast size and shape can change dramatically. Fortunately, unwanted changes can be reversed surgically for cosmetic, or reconstructive, reasons. Men can also have unwanted breast development eliminated.
Breast enhancement surgery is among the most commonly performed cosmetic surgeries in the United States and one of our most popular services. Today women have many options available to them when planning this surgery. All of the surgical concerns such as implant material, size, shape, and location are carefully determined by you and Dr. Roland prior to surgery.

The effects of gravity can have a significant effect on the appearance of a woman’s breasts. This combined with pregnancy and nursing will cause the breasts to lose their youthful shape and firmness. With time breast tissue begins to be replaced by fat, accelerating their decent.
Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammoplasty)
Large breasts can burden women with life-long medical problems caused by the excessive weight of their breasts. Problems with posture, back and neck pain, skin irritations and breathing problems are common results of this condition. Bra straps often leave grooves in the collar bone area. Many women, especially teenage girls, are very self-conscious if they have unusually large breasts.
Breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) removes fat, breast tissue, and excessive skin, resulting in smaller, lighter, and firmer breasts. These new breasts are proportionate to the rest of the body. Many of the symptoms mentioned above are alleviated immediately post-operatively.

Enlarged male breasts are a common condition which is frequently treated. Often, there is no known cause for gynecomastia, although some correlations have been made with various medical conditions.
The procedure removes fat and/or breast tissue from the chest, and in some cases, excess skin; this results in a contoured male chest that is flatter and firmer. This surgery may be one sided or both depending on your condition.
