I am now 7 weeks post op and really cant describe in words how pleased i am with my results so far. Dr. Roland is by far the kindest, smartest, and most up to date plastic surgeons i've encountered. I visited 8 surgeons before him and was never pleased. I believe a plastic surgeon is somebody you must connect with and trust. I was lucky enough to have my personal trainer recommended Dr. Roland to me, after one of her clients got a boob job from him...(the best boob job shes ever seen mind you, and shes seen a lot)...so she sent me to him, and i knew right away...all of the other doctors made me feel rushed, and uncomfortable whereas Dr. Roland, not only listened to my concerns, but made me feel comfortable about the procedure, and about him doing an impeccable job (which he did)

Now, I've done plenty of research, and have seen pictures of peoples before and afters and nothing, in true honesty, can compare to what was done to me. My scar is virtually invisible...YES! at 7 wks!!...my trainer said it looks as though a professional seamstress sewed me back together.

ALL in ALL....look no further...youll find no better staff, or doctor...hes the only plastic surgeon's office i visited that ALWAYS has somebody ahead of me, and a few people behind me...and as annoying as it might be to wait a few extra minutes....you know its a good sign that many people are there.

If you have any reservations, take it from a person who is probably as concerned, or more, with results as you are, who did hours of research and visited a slew of very "upper east sidey" plastic surgeons...it really doesnt get better than Dr. Roland...

Dr. Roland did my breast augmentation 3 years ago. I feel so incredibly lucky to have chosen Dr. Roland as my surgeon. I was connected to Dr. Roland through a friend, and I am so grateful for the referral as we have so many options in NYC for cosmetic surgery. I had been uncomfortable with my chest ever since I was in middle school, and after having my surgery with Dr. Roland my only regret is that I did not do it ten years earlier!

I work in the plastic surgery industry myself, and have worked for one of the top plastic surgeons for breast augmentation / reconstruction in the city. I have seen many breast surgery results and complications, so I know an amazing result when I see one. I think that my case was a bit complicated – I had always been very small and asymmetrical. None of the other doctors that I saw in consultation really seemed to see the aesthetic problems as I was seeing them, and I liked that he understood my concerns for having extremely-natural looking results. He recommended doing a partial lift on one side to correct the asymmetry, but also he wanted to adjust the incisions on the other side so that the scarring (which has been minimal) would match the lifted side to create a more natural look. I saw 4 other surgeons in consultation and none of them suggested a lift or addressed how my scars would look after they faded with time. He was also very thorough in assisting me in choosing the right size implants, and was extremely concerned about ensuring that the final size would work well with my lifestyle and personality. His bedside manner is truly impressive – I felt completely taken care of during the entire process and felt like the office staff was family. Again, because I work in the cosmetic surgery industry (both on the administrative side and clinical side), I know what good service and surgical talent is, and I give Dr. Roland and his practice an A++!

Dr. Roland is not only a skilled surgeon, but he is also a compassionate human being. Dr. Roland calmed all my fears before, during and after a surgical procedure. I had called him -- after I sat stunned at my dermatologist's office -- having been told that I had on my face what sounded to me like the beginning of skin cancer. The dermatologist had told me he planned to make a nearly 3 inch long incision on my face along the hairline to my ear. Dr. Roland was able to perform the surgery in his office. The scar on my face is barely noticeable. Dr. Roland is committed to the care of his patients in New York as well as those who are less fortunate. Last year, Dr. Roland left his practice for weeks to help the people of Haiti after the earthquake. We were honored to have the opportunity to support his efforts with the children of Haiti.

Dr. Roland is the best doctor ever. Not only did I get great results, I also felt as if I was part of his family. He gave me his cell number. Either him or his staff called me everyday to see how I was doing. I did my surgery with him after consulting with many other doctors. As soon as I met him I new that he was different. He took his time to explain to me what he was going to do and why. He made me feel safe. Right before I went under anesthesia, he said to me "go to sleep I will take care of you" and he did. God bless those magical hands.

Dr. Roland is by far the best plastic surgeon out there. He is caring and very kind. His work is amazing. I have had 2 surgeries done by him and they are both beyond my expectation. I don't know what else to say but to give this owsome doctor a try. You will be so glad that you did.

Dr. Roland is a kind loving doctor who really cares about his patients. He took his time to explain to me exactly what he was doing and why. He told me what to expect from the rhunoplasty surgery and he delivered exactly what he promised. I look amazing and feel better than ever. He is a talented doctor with integrity.
